NewsPsicotec, 25 Years of Commitment
The bonds between the persons and, also, between the enterprises they do not become tighter by waiting to receive service or favour from one another, but by making efforts. Only the enterprises that are conscious of that their aim is to serve the society in which they are positioned manage to find place in it. From its creation in 1985, twenty-five years ago, this way of directing our culture and style has impregnated our way of being. On the basis of this conviction our message was born,

because it is our will to act like a loyal associate of the enterprises we are serving to. An associate who lives through your problems, designs the solutions, implants them and supports them, hand in hand, during the necessary time.
We feel proud of being associates of the companies that, after trusting in us in the first occasion, did it time and again. Associates for whom, at every new opportunity, we had done our best as if it was the first one, because we want to keep the bonds between us tighter being zealous while serving them, implanting our work in their organization.
But, especially, we feel proud of being able to maintain the warmth and the friendship of so many persons who were, and are, the face of all these companies. They are our real promoters, we owe them. We are grateful to them.
And, also, we want to express our recognition to all the persons who concurred with some of the thousands of processes of selection realized during this quarter of century or who were present at our formation days in the companies. They are our other associates, since they entrusted important personal decisions and their professional progress to our know-how. Nothing is more pleasant for the team of Psicotec than the news of the professional success of these companies.
During this quarter of century we have served to innumerable companies in very diverse projects, in the ambit of human resources, formation and consultancy in general, in different countries. Today we are present in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, Valencia, Lisbon and we are approaching the Latin America.
Twenty-five years. We have found our place in the society because it has been, is and it will always be our will to be a loyal associate of the enterprises and persons to whom we serve.
